Ebbo is £2.99 a month or £24 a year, after 30 days free. If it is not right for you, here is how to get your money back.
Thirty days, no reason needed
Write to us within 30 days of any payment, the first one or a renewal, and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain and we will not ask. The money goes back the way it came, usually within a few days and always within 14.
You have already had thirty free days
Ebbo is free for the first 30 days, and nobody is asked for a card before that. So by the time you pay you have used the whole app for a month and know exactly what you are buying. That is why the refund window can be what it is.
After thirty days
Cancel whenever you like and Ebbo keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not bill you again after that. If something has gone genuinely wrong, write to us anyway: a policy is a floor, not a ceiling, and we would rather sort it out than point at this page.
How to ask
Email hello@ebboapp.com from the address on the account, or reply to the receipt. That is the whole process. There is no form and no account to close first.
If you subscribed on your iPhone
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, not by us. Ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and cancel in Settings on your iPhone, under your name, then Subscriptions. We cannot do either of those for you, however much we would like to. Everything else on this page still applies to anything bought on the Mac.
Your days are yours either way
Refunded, cancelled or still subscribed, everything you have counted stays where it is. Export takes the lot as a spreadsheet and delete removes it outright, and both keep working whether you pay us or not.
Ebbo is sold by Abstractify Ltd. Payments on the Mac are handled by Paddle, who are the merchant of record and whose name will be on your statement. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
